She is responsible for supporting the global transformation of A&F’s indirect services expense, through the use of strategic sourcing practices, while driving sustained performance improvement and cost savings opportunities. With her knowledge of and experience in procurement, supply chain and operations, and her enthusiasm for driving both client impact and bottom-line results, Quave leads efforts to develop, implement and align procurement strategies, supplier network capabilities and strengthen online sourcing process to maximize financial impact.
