Luz Aragon

Luz Aragon has over seventeen years of procurement experience.  Upon accepting a role with Mars, Inc. over ten years, Luz was introduced to  the complex world of indirect procurement, where she found her true passion.  She has worked for companies such as ConAgra Foods and Cargill, Inc., where she held various roles, including Director of Strategic Sourcing, being directly responsible for over $1.5B in spend.  While versed in all indirect categories, Luz's expertise is in services categories where she has delivered innovative solutions and is recognized as an industry expert in areas such as integrated facility management (IFM), professional, consulting, and trade services.
Luz  recently joined Leprino Foods in Denver, CO,  where she is actively working on building the Indirect Procurement organization from the ground up, developing best practices, and elevating the Procurement brand across the organization.
