Lisa is currently Operations Manager, Americas for CWT Meetings & Events, overseeing the daily operations of one of their largest SMM accounts. Lisa is a subject matter expert in Strategic Meetings Management, and is a frequent industry speaker. Lisa has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, and has held positions from multiple perspectives. She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and holds the Global Certification in Meeting Management (CMM). She has completed intensive training with the ROI Institute, executive negotiations training from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership. She also teaches meeting planning at California State University, San Marcos.
