Gene Till is the Manager of Commercial Excellence at Phillips 66. He is accountable for the global functions of Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Capital Project Procurement and Contract Compliance.

Gene’s Oil and Gas professional career began in Anchorage, Alaska, in 1990, soon after the Exxon Valdez oil spill. During his 16 year career at Alyeska Pipeline Service Company, he worked in several positions in Finance, Operations and Supply Chain, both in Valdez and Anchorage. Gene began working for ConocoPhillips in 2006, and has held Supply Chain positions in Anchorage, Alaska, Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Brisbane, Australia, and now, Houston, Texas. Gene graduated from the University of Alaska, Anchorage with a BBS in Accounting, and is a Certified Managerial Accountant.
